Coming up for air.

Its been a long time since I made an update I've been fighting my way out of the undersea city of rapture.

Anyway. I have added 51 achievements for Bioshock for 1100 gamerscore.

and 4 for Scene It! for 75 gamerscore.

and 1 for Modern Warfare 2 for 30 gamerscore.

Also 2 for Fable II for 20 gamerscore.

also 3 for trivial pursuit. for 110 gamerscore.

Thant brings my grand total to 131 achievements 234 to go.

I added 1,445 gamerscore to bring my total to 11,704.

my ratio is 131:30 or 4.36 achievements a day.

Friday January 15th, only some Scene It!

1) Award-Winning Performance - Score 85,000 points in a Long Game. (40G)

2) Indies in the Info Age - Answer 50 questions about the '90's. (20G)

3) Best Picture - Successfully answer 40 questions about Oscar winning movies. (15G)

4) Fall in Love All Over Again - Successfully answer 40 questions about Romance movies. (15G)

5) Method Acting - Successfully answer every Who Am I or Celebrity Ties question in one puzzle block. (20G)

6) Hollywood in Hi-Def - Answer 60 questions about the '00's. (20G)

5) Couch Potato - Win 5 games in any mode. (10G)

6) Producer - Get 15 questions correct in a row in any game mode. (40G)

7) Reviewing the Dailies - Successfully answer every Movie Clip question in one puzzle block. (20G)

8) Director - Get 10 questions correct in a row in any game mode. (20G)

9) Drawing Up Storyboards - Successfully answer every Sketches, Pixel Flix, or Child's Play question in one puzzle block. (20G)

At the end of day 17 I have added 16 Achievements to bring my total to 70.
I have 295 to go, I added 365 Gamer Score to bring my total to 10,289.
My ratio is 70:17 or 4.11 Achievements a day.

Goal coming along nicely!

With Borderlands almost in the can I have been trying to build enough levels to finish the few achievements I have yet to unlock. I have also been playing scene it! Box Office Smash with my family.

Wednesday January 13th! 5 Achievements.

To Close day 14 of 2010 I have 54 Achievements down with 311 to go.
I added 225 Gamer Score to bring my total to 9,924. A 1,300 gamer score increase in 14 days. My ratio is 52:14 or 3.85 a day.

I added 20 new Achievements!
TO recap: Its day 12 and I have 43 down and have 322 to go.
I added 465 gamer score to bring my total up to 9,699.
My ratio is 43:12 or 3.58 Achievements a day.

I feel like I am off to a good start. I don't think I can keep this pace up for the whole year. I just hope that I have built up enough of a cushion that I don't fall behind.

Another Update!

Just to log my progress.

January 3rd unlocked 3 achievements for Trivial Pursuit. These were a real pain in the ass. The You Know Too much achievement takes some work.
1)Maxed Out - Achieve a x10 multiplier on every category (CTB) (50G)
2)You Know Too Much - Clear the board without getting a question wrong (100g)
3)Knowledge is Invaluable - Break 60,000 points (CTB) (50G)

And On January 4th I unlocked 3 Achievements for Monopoly.

1)The First MONOPOLY - Get the same amount of money as the year MONOPOLY was released (50G)
2)The View From The Top - Build your first set of hotels. Classic mode only. (50G)
3)No Mercy - Be responsible for the bankruptcy of another player (20G)

At the close of day 4 I have 16 Achievements unlocked and 349 to go.
I added another 320 gamer score to bring my grand total to 9,109.

Welcome!! This is my blog to follow my Goal of getting 365 X-Box 360 Achievements in 2010. The Goal of one a day is a target, of course I have other things that I am responsible for so I may not be able to play X-box every day. To address this problem I am only using one a day as a target. If I can load up on a few in one day that will cover not being able to play for actually get an achievement on another day. I will strive to get 7 achievements in a week. I will try to post updates every day or so with what games I am was playing and what Achievements I received. If anyone wants to play along please comment or post. This should be fun!
